My Name is Raymond James and after living in Costa Rica for over 25 years, I thought it was time to share my expericens with the rest of the word. My goal is to share the good and the bad of living in Costa Rica to help out my fellow expats who are living or considering living in beautiful Costa Rica.

By trade I am a home builder but that is only a small part of who I am. I love nature and enjoy bird watching all over the world.

However, I chose Costa Rica as my new home as it has thousands of different bird species not found anywhere else.

In my spare time (which I have a lot of!) I also dabble in real estate
